Terms & Conditions



1. All of our tiaras are made by hand to the highest of standards. Our jewellery collections come from selected suppliers or are handmade to the highest of standards. Each item is thoroughly checked before being sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes full insurance for the item(s).



2.If your item is damaged in transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify tiaras by fleur within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can contact us by email, fax or telephone. We will supply a returns code. Earrings can only be returned if faulty on arrival, for hygiene reasons.



3. Any returned goods must be returned unworn in their original packaging within 5 working days of receipt and before the date of your wedding or event.





4. Wear, Care and Storage.

  • Our tiaras are designed using ·Crown· bases that can either sit through the top of the hair or be worn round the head. They can be secured by hairgrips, depending on your hairstyle. We find this works even on short hairstyles. Please contact us for further advice on fitting.

  • On your big day, avoid getting hairspray and styling products on your tiara - especially those with parchment roses. Your hairdresser can help you gently covering the tiara with tissue paper whilst spraying.

  • We hope that the sun shines for you - though remember not to get your parchment roses wet - they will wilt and dark colours will run.

  • We recommend that you store your tiara in the storage box supplied, and keep in a cool, dry and dark place to keep it in top condition for as long as possible. The plated wire can tarnish over time, though if you follow our advice this will be minimised. Please contact us for further advice on cleaning.
